Hi, I’m Kim Brian
I’m a Power Platform Solutions Architect, team leader, and passionate advocate for human-first technology. With over 12 years in the tech industry and a background in running my own business, I’ve built a career on empathy and Excellence. I’ve led solution design from the ground up, coached teams to thrive, and helped organisations envision their future with Power Platform, Copilot, and AI at the core; unlocking smarter ways of working.
But my journey isn’t just technical. I’m a people-first leader who believes the same principles that raise confident kids raise confident teams: create space to grow, let people solve problems, offer validation, and always hold the line with compassion.
I share openly about lessons in leadership, navigating imposter syndrome, uplifting women in tech, and managing the juggle of ambition and balance. Through speaking, writing, and mentoring, I aim to empower others to lead bravely and build wisely.
